COMMENTARY | The news of Elizabeth Edwards' death has resonated with people all over the world. But as a mother, I can't stop thinking about her -- or her children.
Is it against our constitution for states to succeed from the union?
by The Library of Congress
Question by LORD WAKKO: Is it against our constitution for states to succeed from the union?
I have been hearing on the news that their are 25 states that are
planning a succession from the union. Is it even possible for states
to do that? The fact that states are even planning something like
this is it not a sign of treason? Is there anything in the constitution
that prohibits states from succession? In my opinion, it is treason
and as we know treason is a death sentence. Regardless of that, if
it does take place and the 25 states succeed would this nation not
face complete destruction by civil wars, racial wars, anarchy, lack of
resources, the lack of ability to protect the nation from terrorism and
the border without complete unity? We must remain as one for all
United we stand, devided we fall. If we are divided, this nation will
fall and be consumed in flames until everything surely perishes.
What is your opinion on this subject? One more thing, the idea of North
America, Canada and Mexico
becoming one nation is insane right?
Our political leaders are trying to do
that even right now and we the
people will fight to the death to
prevent that am I right? Remember
this, when people fear the
government you have tyranny but
when the government fears the
people you have liberty. If you think
about it we are the government, we
are the nation, we have the power
and we shall use it no matter what.
This is a sovereign nation and it shall
remain one as long as we the people
do not give in to the demands of our
political leaders or be forced to
submit to their will or allow them to go
behind our backs and destroy what is
ours for their own corrupt desires. It
must not be allowed to happen and
we are the only hope to see that it
never will happen. We have a
responcibilty to our nationial
sovereignty and to our children. One more thing, the idea of North

details down three times that was to
get my point across and to make
sure that all read it. My source for all of this was CNN by
Glenn Beck and he was up in arms
because Vermont is planning it as
well as others and it must not happen.
