Question by unt1lid13: What makes getting an architecture degree hard?

I am just wondering because I am just starting my first semester as a sophomore and I am seriously thinking about going for an architecture degree. I have heard from numerous people that it is really hard to get an architecture degree but I really haven't had a good explanation as to why. If I could have someone who knows a lot about it architecture and the process through college I would be very thankful. Thanks in advance.

i bribed somebody to get my civil engineering degree ;-) ....

... so actually DOING the degree would be: HARD.
