How do you get to world 4 and 7 in the new super mario brothers?

I went on some cheat websites to find it out and it said you have to beat the castle in world _ to get to world 4 or 7 with a mini mario. I did that and now I realize that it has to be the FIRST time. But I have already beaten those and am on world 8. What should I do?
