Question by Ollie: What is the name of the extra manga sometimes at the end of a manga volume?

I mean when a mangaka adds a short one or two chapter manga to the end of a volume of serialized manga. Something they wrote before that was maybe published in a magazine or never published. It would be short and generally entirely unrelated to the serialized manga it's published in.
