The highest I have ever seen is 1200, and the most common for major downloads is 800. Can anyone tell me how they determine the cost for different downloads?

Im pretty sure Oblivion (fantastic game) has a great expansion pack that costs like 2400 or something. They determine the price by having a set limit of 400-1600 for arcade and 0-infinity for real games. The developers work with MS to come up with the price. Personally, I think things are overpriced. Nowadays they have full games, for example Oblivion, that can be bought for 29.99 online etc.
