Question by E-True: What duties can a social worker perform in a work setting that a clinical psychologist cannot perform?

Long story short, I want to be a social worker and my father thinks I should be a clinical psychologist (no doubt due to the waived tuition and stipend provided by most doctoral programs). He thinks a clinical psychologist would be able to do anything a social worker does in a work setting. So, I am trying to find out the difference in duties and responsibilities. More specifically, what can a social worker do that a clinical psychologist can't...

They can have the court issue warrants to remove children and against the parents .
